- How does the trial work?
- You try the plan you chose for 14 days, without payment details. The trial ends by itself. To continue, add a payment method – otherwise you can only view your data afterwards.
- What if I have more orders?
- Nothing is blocked. Each order above the included volume costs your plan's order price and appears on the monthly invoice. The cockpit lets you know at 80% and 100%.
- Can I change plans or cancel?
- Yes, at any time. The new price applies from the 1st of the next month; the limits of a larger plan apply right away. You can cancel at the end of any month.
- How do I pay?
- By SEPA direct debit or credit card. At the start of each month you receive an e-invoice for the previous month; the amount is collected afterwards.
